Systems built around how your business already works.
Work we've done
Every system below does the same job: data is entered once and checked, not retyped and chased across spreadsheets. Software we built for clients has been in daily use since 2014.
Most work starts small, with a no-cost process walk and one process. Some of it grows into bigger systems like these, but only if it makes sense for you. Client names stay confidential.
An oilfield water management company: five admin staff to one
We designed and built one system for the Canadian operation of an oilfield water management company. Truck tickets, invoicing, maintenance, safety and reporting live in one place. Because truck tickets were checked in the system instead of retyped, the admin office went from five people to one. It has been in use since 2014 and is still running today. Changes are made only when the client asks for them.
An oilfield engine and compression company: one system, about 50 users
Technicians filled in paper timesheets that the office retyped. We built one system that worked on phones, tablets and laptops, with scheduled jobs feeding straight into it. About 50 admin, field and executive users worked in it. Re-keying ended, invoicing ran automatically once work was validated, and their field techs grew 200% until they outgrew it and moved to a larger ERP.
Water meter software for two rural municipalities
Water meter software we develop and run is used by two Alberta rural municipalities to manage their water meters. It connects to the billing they already use and to the meter manufacturer's system. For them, that's a much more cost-effective option than signing up with the meter manufacturer directly. Both still use it in 2026, one since 2023.
Municipalities and counties: how we work →
Behind the scenes, AI helps us draft code, tests and documentation and build early prototypes. A developer reviews and tests everything before it reaches you. That keeps the work fast and your costs down.
