1) Why start with AI instead of a full software build?

A full custom system is a larger commitment. Starting with one AI-supported process lets you see results sooner, understand the approach, and decide whether deeper custom software is worth it.

2) How do we begin?

We meet at your location when possible. The first visit is 30 to 60 minutes on a single process — quoting, follow-up, job notes, scheduling, or another routine that still takes too much manual effort. No slide deck.

3) What happens in that visit?

You walk us through the process. We identify whether a focused AI solution is a good fit. If it is, you’ll get a clear next step and a straightforward price. If it isn’t, we say so and stop.

4) How long does a first project take?

Most initial projects complete in days to a few weeks once the process is clear. Larger custom software work follows only if you choose to continue.

5) Will this replace our current systems?

No. We work alongside what you already use. If a later project should connect to your existing tools, we discuss that before any build starts.
