About
We help business owners bring their operations into one source of truth, so they can check the numbers and get back to the work that matters.
MIMI Solutions Inc. brings a company's revenue, expenses and day-to-day work into one source of truth. We build simple tools that let owners and their right-hand people see what's happening, so they check the numbers instead of hunting for them. We work with small and mid-sized businesses, and with municipalities and counties. We incorporated in November 2021. Software we built for clients has been in daily use since 2014, and some of it is still running today.
What we stand for
Enter it once. Data goes in once and is trusted everywhere. No re-keying, no chasing numbers across spreadsheets.
Business first. We talk about money, time and people, not jargon.
Easy to use. If a field tech or office admin can't pick it up quickly, we haven't finished.
Small wins first. One process, then you decide.
On it fast, and here for the long run. One client system we built has been running since 2014.
60 years of combined experience building business systems. Our lead developer's 28 years include municipal transit and school boards. We build on or connect to most technologies ourselves and bring in partners we trust for the rest.
We're based in Calgary. We work remotely by default and travel when a job calls for it. Client data we host is kept on AWS in Canada.
It starts small: a no-cost, 30 to 60 minute process walk on one process that matters to you, by call or in person.
